One of the ways we build a supportive and exciting office culture is through recognition. We show our gratitude often and generously, hailing those who hit big milestones and contribute to our Chesapeake Bay Management Group Inc mission.

We use a variety of methods to recognize one another, and one of our most popular is to highlight a team member (or group of them) here in this blog. This month, we wanted to put the spotlight on one of our interns for his outstanding efforts.

“Emanuel is a rising star in our office,” stated Rachel, Chesapeake Bay Management Group Inc’s head of HR. “He earned a promotion into account management as an intern! It’s great to see someone start from an entry-level position and work their way up, and I can’t wait to see what Emanuel achieves next. He has a great energy about him and he always brings a can-do mind-set to work.”

We’re proud of our internship program, and Emanuel is evidence of our high standards. Our interns receive the same training as our full-time team members, which combines both industry-specific and business 101 information into a format that creates success both now and in the future. Then, once our students graduate, we invite them to continue their career journeys – and Emanuel will already be an account manager.
