These trips are tokens of thanks to our team members for their great work, and they also allow everyone to spend time together away from their daily responsibilities.
The next best thing to taking a trip is hosting visiting professionals from another high-performing office. Rachel, Chesapeake Bay Management Group Inc’s admin, recently invited visitors from Boston to visit us from their office. We had a great time getting to know our colleagues from Beantown, sharing best practices and discussing the latest techniques being used in our field. Variety is the spice of life, and we’re glad to give our peers from the north some time away from their daily routines.
